Central Baptist Ranch was founded by, and as a ministry of, Central Baptist Church in 1998 under the leadership of Bro. Billy Stegall as Pastor. Bro. Stegall accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior on a Sunday evening in May 1980, and surrendered to Gods call to Preach on August 16, 1982. Bro. Stegall Pastored Central Baptist Church from November, 1994 to February, 2007.
